The products will be sent within 4 working days after you placed the order. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. - What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within The Netherlands are €6,75 and free on orders over €75.
The shipping costs to Belgium are €20 and free for orders over €100.
The shipping costs to Germany are €30 and free for orders over €100.For the other EU countries the shipping costs are €35 and free on order over €120.
With other EU countries we mean: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Sweden.Orders for countries outside the EU are not possible. Yes, all Primavita products are made in The Netherlands. You are guaranteed of Dutch origin. - Why is Primavita infant nutrition a good choice?

You can pay with iDEAL, PayPal or CreditCard. - At what age can I use Primavita for my child?
Primavita 1 can be used from birth on. Breast milk is considered to be the natural choice for feeding babies. If the mother is not able to breast-feed the child by lack of breast milk or other circumstances, Primavita 1 can be used from birth on. - Does Primavita contain artificial aroma, colors and flavors?
Primavita 0, 3 and 4 contain vanilla. The other formulas do not contain artificial aroma, colors and flavors. - I would like to return my order. Is that possible?
Yes, you can return your order. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return. We will only reimburse unopened and undamaged products. The shipping costs are to be made by yourself. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging - How can I take made-up bottles with me?
You can measure the correct amount of powder for each feed into a small, clean container. You can carry the boiled hot water in a thermos. You can fill the bottle with the hot water, let it cool down, then add the measured quantity of powder. - Do I need to boil water when I want to prepare a bottle milk?
You always need to boil water and let it cool down to hand warm before mixing with powder, in order to eliminate the risk of the presence of bacteria. When you prepare a bottle with milk, you need to use it immediately. Never use left-overs from previous feedings.
